perfect englisheasy check
the location is excellent, only a short walk to the platz and bridge. many buses stop close by this hotel. the staff spoke perfect english. checking in and out was easy.

The reception staff offered information and were very helpful. I found the room to be bright and the bathroom was clean. I liked that it was close to everything.
That was a problem. I found the bed uncomfortable and low to the ground. The shower hose had a kink, so I had water pressure issues.

The location works well. It is near many locations. They offer breakfast, and I thought it was good. We had two full bathrooms for three adults. This worked well.
I received no help with luggage. The bed was too low and not very comfortable. The blanket was also minimal, though the weather was winter.

The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many attractions. The room was clean. The staff were helpful. A car park was located nearby.
I received no help with luggage. The bed was uncomfortable. The provided blanket was minimal considering the cold weather.
